Released sometime in the mid-2000s, the Indonesia built Squier was a conversation piece.
It’s not often that you see a cheap low end guitar commanding a (relatively) high price on used markets. This Hello Kitty Strat, however, happens to be one of them. Listed prices on local guitar classifieds can go almost double the original price.
Made of agathis body and maple neck, this guitar has some interesting features like a super slim 41mm nut, large headstock, pink dot markers, and Hello Kitty face pickguard.
Comes in pretty pink and black finishes.
Those fonts on the back of the guitar actually looks cute. The black version has that “ranson note” vibes to it. 🙂
Fender/Squier has also made a dedicated gig bag for this guitar. This always cheers me up.
Dang. Why did I miss out on a good deal at the local classifieds over the weekend???
Would be cool to look like this on stage. 🙂
